We're looking for a dynamic and reputed company candidate to meet and introduce to the clients' team for consideration. The Chief Operating Officer is a Senior Executive Leader in partnership with the Senior Pastor(s) and Executive Leadership. The COO is responsible for the ministry's operations by coordinating, aligning, and supporting each Executive Leaders' department. This candidate will also be responsible for the day-to-day of the Facilities, reputed company Planning, and Information Technology teams.

• Day-to-day responsibility of the teams responsible for:
• Facilities (Cleaning, Maintenance, Insurance, and Facility Rentals)

• Serve on Financial Leadership Team, supporting the Chief Administrative Officer in:
• The ongoing management of financial policies, budget planning, and day-to-day financial activities,

• negotiating and managing the reputed company of vendors and freelance independent contractors, and

• Leading the strategic planning processes (short- and long-term) with the Senior Pastor(s) and Executive Leadership team in developing the church as a local and global ministry and taking operational ownership to execute with the team.
• Design and manage a Key Performance Indicators dashboard & reporting system in partnership with each member of the Executive Leadership and the reputed company Team.
• Attend and serve at ministry events and services in a leadership reputed company.
