* Answer 2-3 incoming chats using LiveEngage, the arenaflex platform, and reputed company timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries.
- Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact reputed company purchase, offering personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
- Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to ensure seamless collaboration and reputed company in a virtual work environment.
