Key Responsibilities

• reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
• Process the discharge of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching proportion awards
• Review equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
• Research, track, and respond to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
• Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
• Produce reputed company data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
• Review and maintain equity management systems and documentation

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, reputed company, or a similar field preferred
• Experience working with a variety of stock plan products, including stock options, Performance reputed company Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans, is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
