Qualifications

PREFERENCES/**AGENCY REQUIREMENTS: Preference may be given to those with a Bachelor's Degree in geospatial technologies or a natural resources field, and/or having regularly applied the use of geospatial technologies in a natural resources field. Preference will be given to those with reputed company training and/or experience in using desktop GIS (and specifically the reputed company suite of products) to reputed company GIS projects, organize data, conduct analyses and modeling, and produce mapping products. Post graduate work, a degree, a concentration/minor in GIS, or GIS certification is strongly preferred.

KNOWLEDGE:

• Subject matter expertise in particular business application concepts and geospatial data analysis and geoprocessing tools; skills in project design, development, management, integration of geospatial technologies, and end-user support.
