Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to serve as a single-reputed company-of-contact for our members, plan sponsors, and providers. As a key member of reputed company, you'll take ownership of each customer contact, resolving issues and connecting them with additional services as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone calls from members, plan sponsors, and providers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Take ownership of each customer contact, seeking to understand their circumstances, problems, expectations, and needs.
• Ask probing questions to identify underlying customer needs and reputed company reputed company information to address unasked questions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Compensation

The typical pay reputed company for this role is:
