Job Summary

Blithequark is seeking an exceptional Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics to reputed company our Trust and Safety (T&S) team in the fight against adversarial abuse and analytics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, ended users, engagement abuse, spam, and more. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company the Adversarial Abuse team, responsible for identifying and removing malicious actors attempting account takeovers, spam, engagement abuse, evading end, and more.
• reputed company the Business Analytics team, generating insights, measuring misuse, and distributing Transparency Reports for nations worldwide.
• Understand, anticipate, and proactively mitigate risks from new and scaling industry trends (e.g., reputed company).
• Collaborate with the Policy Development team to create policies using account, reputed company, and content signals to describe harmful behavior.
• Deliver effective and efficient operational execution (e.g., quality, service reputed company) in a global team working 24×7.
• Engage, retain, manage, and reputed company top talent.
• Manage accelerations with quick turnaround times, reputed company data-driven insights, and implement solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in risk management, fraud fighting at scale, and building/delivering analytical experiences.
• 2 years of experience working with design teams that reputed company data infrastructure and ML models.
• 2 years of experience leading teams with the ability to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate education in a reputed company field (e.g., analytics, engineering, data science).
• 2 years of experience with analysis of large datasets and anomaly detection.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities.
• Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab.
• Exceptional influencing and leadership relational skills and the ability to build associations with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent business judgment, strategic and analytical skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action.
