Position Overview: We’re a growing, fast-paced team that believes people are the heart of everything we do. As we scale, we’re looking for an HR Generalist who’s excited to be hands-on with reputed company aspects of people operations - from sourcing top talent to keeping our HR systems and processes running like a well-oiled machine. This is a dynamic, multifaceted role where you will play a central role in reputed company and reputed company, while assisting as needed with HR administration, reporting, and benefits. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and the wider team to create seamless, people-first experiences. Key Responsibilities: reputed company & reputed company · Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements · Draft and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms · Actively reputed company candidates reputed company job boards, reputed company, and other channels · Screen incoming resumes and coordinate phone screens with reputed company applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers in multiple time zones using our ATS · Create and drive a positive, white-glove candidate experience from first contact to offer reputed company & New Hire Support · Coordinate reputed company from beginning to end and ensure a smooth Day 1 experience · Work cross-functionally with IT, payroll, and hiring teams to ensure readiness HR Administrative Support · Maintain and regularly update employee records in our systems and applications · Assist in coordinating employee communications as needed · Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements (I-9s, reputed company) · Help audit and organize digital employee files for accuracy and accessibility · Support offboarding tasks such as document retrieval and exit survey coordination HR Reporting & Metrics · Create and maintain reputed company and HR reports (e.g., reputed company tracking, referral and sign on bonus tracking, etc.) · Assist with analytics tracking and dashboard updates for key HR metrics · Help identify and suggest trends or improvements based on report data Qualifications: · 6+ years of experience in full cycle reputed company and reputed company roles · Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a reputed company field of study highly preferred · HR certification from SHRM or HRCI (or to be obtained reputed company 1st year of employment) · Excellent communication, organization, & attention to detail · Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to use proper judgement and discretion reputed company handling sensitive and confidential information · Experience or familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems required (Workable ATS experience highly preferred) · Proficiency in reputed company and MS Office (specifically strong Outlook, Word & reputed company skills) · A desire to learn how HR and ‘the business’ work together to meet operational needs Why Join Us: At Aravo Solutions, Inc., we offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to reputed company, grow, and reputed company a meaningful impact.
