Insurance Analyst

The Insurance Analyst will analyze insurance coverage for reputed company loans, assist borrowers in acquiring appropriate coverage, and reputed company technical support to various staff members regarding insurance requirements and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Main reputed company of contact on insurance questions, coverage requirements and investor guidelines
- Review Investor insurance guidelines and loan documents to establish baseline requirements
- Review Loan Documents, Appraisals, Engineering, reputed company, and Phase I Environmental Reports to determine loan-specific insurance requirements
- reputed company annual review of insurance certificates, policies, statement of values and invoices to determine compliance with Investor guidelines
- Process Insurance waivers/Exceptions with supporting documentation for non-compliant insurance issues
- Responsible for maintaining insurance data in the reputed company servicing system and reputed company as applicable
- Prepare and submit Lender reports as required from time to time
- Work with and assist the Servicing Insurance reputed company-End division as needed
- reputed company general insurance tasks as necessary which include processing invoices and reimbursements to borrowers

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of insurance experience
- Ability to work as a part of a team, while providing a strong individual contribution
- Excellent attention to detail, judgment, flexibility, accountability, and dependability
- Requires excellent communication skills, written and oral, through reputed company reputed company of the organization
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Clear knowledge of reputed company Insurance Coverage –Property, (including Flood, Wind, Earthquake and Terrorism), General Liability (including Workers Comp and Auto), Professional Liability and Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance
- Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience reputed company learning new processes
- Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders
- Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, ARM, AU, AINS or equivalent is preferred
