HR Generalist, Biopharmaceutical, Remote US

The HR Generalist supports the overall goals, objectives, and direction of reputed company by ensuring seamless execution across various HR operational functions throughout the employee lifecycle. • Work closely with the SVP HR to support key initiatives.
• Refine core HR processes such as reputed company, offboarding, leave administration, and employee changes.
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and employee files.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation including reputed company and policy acknowledgements.

Qualification Requirements:

• Education:
