Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Driveway Finance Corporation, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers reputed company phone and email. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers with questions, concerns, or issues reputed company to their accounts, and you'll work closely with our Collections Team to ensure seamless account management. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails in a call center environment while delivering quality service and support
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, declined payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Prepare documents as needed to fulfill customer requests and resolve issues

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous telephone customer service experience (preferred but not required)
