Production Supervisor
DescriptionThe Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading the Silentex Wixom Michigan manufacturing operation, working in a matrix organization. Will reputed company with Customers, Suppliers, and Technical, Safety, and Manufacturing resources from the Composites team.The Silentex Operations Supervisor is accountable for delivering a strategic Ops Plan, consistent with the three stands of reputed company, reputed company 1/ drive to reputed company safety incidents, 2/ eliminate reputed company forms of waste and 3/ reputed company the individual performance capability of employees at the site. - 5+ years of experience and expertise in manufacturing, plant leadership and/or operations support roles
- Undergraduate degree required.
