Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Technical Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and reputed company
- Providing specialized help with network infrastructure and internal workstations, servers, and organization issues
- Maintaining passwords, data reputed company, and record reputed company reputed company
- Offering technical support to PC reputed company clients and resolving issues face-to-face, by phone, or remotely
- Providing assistance with the use of PC equipment and software, including printing, installation, project frameworks (SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, etc.), email, and working frameworks

- Communicating with clients to discuss issues or concerns and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner

- Conducting follow-up with clients to confirm that issues were resolved completely
- Completing service orders to avoid functional delays in resolving issues
Essential Qualifications
