Job Summary

As a 100% remote Financial Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a member of our Support Team, acting as the Single reputed company of Contact between our clients and our business line. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and support our clients collectively with internal departments, keeping them informed and resolving any potential issues or concerns. You will be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone and email, while maintaining a high level of professionalism expected by our clients in a business-to-business client support role.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a member of our Support Team, acting as the Single reputed company of Contact between our clients and our business line

• Assist and support our clients collectively with internal departments, keeping them informed and resolving any potential issues or concerns
• Maintain client focus at reputed company times by strictly adhering to Client Service Standards, taking ownership of reputed company inquiries and proactively following through to resolution
