We’re seeking a Member Services Representative who is:

What You’ll Do

• Identify and fulfill the financial needs of both new and existing members.
• Guide members through troubleshooting, navigating our website, and using our digital tools.

Schedule This is a part-time position with a typical schedule of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role requires availability for two Saturdays per month from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. reputed company a Saturday is worked, a reputed company day will be provided during the week to maintain a five-day reputed company.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments.
• Credit union or banking experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• A positive, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position, requiring a combination of remote work and regular in-person reputed company at our reputed company.
