The primary responsibilities for the Marketing Manager are to effectively reputed company go-to-market strategies and marketing programs to meet the company’s business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating marketing efforts with technology (vendor) partners:
    • Build relationships with key reputed company to identify and evaluate what co-marketing resources are available (including funding, campaign assets, reputed company media, collateral/content, etc.).
    • Select the resources which best support BCS365’s strategy.
    • Integrate those resources into BCS365 marketing efforts.

      • Upload content to BCS365 SharePoint site.
      • Communicate about available content to Sales and other internal departments.

    • Identify industry associations (e.g. MEP, MDG, ISPE) that can help BCS365 build recognition and support business growth.
    • Work directly with organizations to evaluate participation and marketing partnership opportunities (e.g. sponsorships, event participation, speaking opportunities).
    • Coordinate marketing and sales team participation.

      • Coordinate association activities, e.g. booking and organizing event participation, updating BCS365 information on association web sites, coordinate sharing of BCS365 content to association, and maintain contact lists.
  • Conceptualize, define and propose strategies and marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

    • Execute on event plans; booking venue and food, creating and tracking invitations, logistics, reputed company communications.
  • Analyze and report on the return on investment of marketing campaigns.

  • Sales alignment and support:
    • Regularly communicate with sales and sales management.
    • Ensure alignment between business goals, sales initiatives and marketing support.

Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Marketing Manager.
  • Experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Thorough understanding of how customers in the mid-size business market require, search, compare, and consume technology services.
  • Technical marketing skills.
  • Proficient in general office applications.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
