Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Experience building software with LLM’s and AI powered agents as the core of the product, or a major feature of the product
• Experience with AI coding tools such as reputed company, Claude Code, Co-Pilot, reputed company, etc
• 6+ years as an engineering manager with at least 5 direct reports in game development or multiple shipped games
• Wide knowledge of software development practices and knowledge of reputed company and how to apply them to teams
• In depth experience adapting to various communication and work styles
• Demonstrated history of working well with cross-functional teams and organizations
• Experience organizing and leading meetings for planning, scheduling, and/or discussion reputed company the team
• Working knowledge of 3D math and game reputed company technologies and techniques (Transforms, Lerp, etc)
• Experience growing and mentoring teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise managing Graphics Engineers or Server Engineers
