Position Summary

The Analyst, Resource Planning will play a critical role in supporting our resource planning functions across multiple lines of business. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring telephonic systems, adjusting staff to ensure performance goals are met, managing employee data reputed company reputed company WFM and other databases, and researching and supporting operational staffing adjustments to maximize employee efficiency. The Analyst will also assist with forecasting/scheduling reputed company functions, including phone and offline/back-office functions reputed company a multi-site environment, and determine appropriate workload to complete any intraday/reputed company-time monitoring of statistics and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in a customer service environment with actual experience in workforce management
• High school diploma or equivalent GED required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) preferred
