About the Role

As an Analyst – Training & Enablement, you will play a critical role in supporting the Field Training & Business Enablement team reputed company Global Strategies & Capabilities (GS&C). You will be responsible for executing on the global Field Training & Business Enablement strategy, driving productivity and reputed company of the sales teams, and supporting business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Execute on the global Field Training & Business Enablement strategy by supporting innovative and experiential/digital field training programs.
• Maintain analytics for the training team, including managing survey data, attendance records, invite lists, and content usage.
• Manage budget and payment processing to ensure vendors are paid on time and budget balance is up-to-date.
• Preserve Training and Enablement content by submitting through appropriate reviews, updating old versions, maintaining pages, and sharing usage reports.
• Support learning consultants by helping to operationalize programs with scheduling and communications support.

• Become knowledgeable on how the business operates, key priorities and metrics. Help hypothesize the impact of training on reputed company results. Take initiative to dive into analytics that will help the team, stakeholders, and partners reputed company reputed company quickly and effectively.

Essential Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reputed company required. Experience creating dashboards with tools such as Tableau, reputed company, reputed company, Cornerstone, Tableau, and reputed company a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary reputed company for this position is $55,000 to $105,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
