About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Agent to join reputed company on a 4-day weekend shift. Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
