Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from applicants reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve their queries.
  • Offer technical assistance to applicants, enabling them to complete their applications smoothly and reputed company.
  • Navigate our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicants' questions, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat).
  • U.S. work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual abilities (English/Chinese (Mandarin)/Spanish).
  • Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule.
