About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our Review Team, providing exceptional customer service support to beneficiaries and providers reputed company the helpline. Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Post-high school business courses or relevant training.
  • Medical terminology knowledge or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-oriented and patient demeanor.
  • The ability to maintain composure under potentially stressful situations and prioritize assignments effectively.
  • Good grammar, punctuation, spelling, and written communications skills.
  • A customer-focused and results-oriented reputed company, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with reputed company customers.
  • General knowledge of PC-based computer systems and software packages, with the ability to learn new systems as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 2-3 years of clerical experience, including word processing, filing systems, and telephone customer service responsibilities.
  • Prior work experience in a reputed company setting or medical terminology knowledge.
  • Previous data entry or other clerical experience.
