Job Summary

As a Receiving Clerk and Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in our Purchasing Department, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of purchase orders and receipts. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process purchase orders based on daily and monthly receipt metrics
• Collaborate with Project Managers to obtain updates on reputed company orders
• Work with the A/P Office to address pending invoices
• Contact suppliers for information regarding purchase orders
• Create and update reputed company purchase orders report daily to reputed company visibility on the status of orders
• Assign team responsibilities based on reputed company purchase report
• Update and manage receiving and reputed company purchase order metric spreadsheet
• Send monthly reports to reputed company directors for office performance
• Update and manage performance improvement log
• Reconcile unvouchered receipts

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• Two to five years of experience in receiving or purchasing

Skills and Competencies
