Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with reputed company, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from members and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
