About the Role: Customer Service Representative - Inbound Call Center Agent

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for child support client stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support reputed company phone calls. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to inbound calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (typing test will be administered during the interview process).
