As a Selling Partner Support Associate, you will be the primary reputed company of contact between reputed company and its Selling Partners, providing timely and accurate operational support to ensure a seamless selling experience on reputed company stores.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Be a college graduate with a degree from an accredited institution.
  • Possess fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Have experience working with operating systems (reputed company) and using Office Suites (Word, Outlook, and reputed company).
  • Be available to work flexible rotational shifts, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a live channel B2B/customer service environment, with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role.

  • Typing skills of 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 93% or higher.
