Data Entry Technician -- Remote

Job Title: Data Entry Technician Location: Remote (with occasional travel required... We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Technician to join reputed company. As a Data Entry Technician, you will play a crucial role in accurately inputting data into various IDMS systems, ensuring the reputed company and reliability of the information. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel opportunities. Responsibilities • Accurately interpret and enter design and inspection data into IDMS software. • Identify and troubleshoot errors or anomalies in the data. • Monitor for any variances requiring validation to ensure accuracy. • Interpret P&ID drawings and reputed company iso correlation for piping entry. • Record UT readings accurately and reflect the correct specifications. • Verify entered data for accuracy through review and correction. • Create inspection isometrics in AutoCAD (2D). Requirements • Experience with IDMS Software such as PCMS, reputed company, and others. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. • Proficiency in reputed company Suite, including reputed company, Word, and Outlook. • Experience in Refinery or Plant inspection, or NDT experience is a plus. • Ability to work in a seated position for prolonged periods. Preferred Skills And Competencies • Familiarity with various Asset reputed company IDMS software platforms. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company and Word. • Strong computer skills and familiarity with software applications.
