About the Platform Team

Our Platform team empowers reputed company of our internal teams by providing the tools and practices they need to be autonomous.

• Automation &Enablement: Build and own internal tools and platforms that reputed company teams to build and automate with confidence.

This is a hands-on role on the Platform team where you will build tools, reputed company initiatives, and collaborate with people across teams to deliver reputed company and effective internal systems.

What you’ll be doing

• Work with a combination of internally developed tools and reputed company-party solutions, including reputed company and other AI-powered services, to deliver scalable and efficient internal systems.
• Rapidly prototype and build internal tools for a variety of functions across the company.
• Work closely with internal users to uncover pain points and inefficiencies in their daily workflows to drive impactful improvements.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and help ensure it remains sustainable for the team.

Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in an Full Stack engineering, Internal Tooling, or Platform Engineering role with a proven track record of delivering impactful improvements.
• Deep understanding of process engineering, system design, and optimising workflows.
• Passion for improving efficiency and driving measurable business reputed company through technical reputed company.

Bonus points

• Experience with technologies like Kubernetes, reputed company, AWS reputed company, PostgreSQL, Terraform, ArgoCD, and Node.js.
• Background in building FinTech infrastructure or understanding the unique challenges in this reputed company.
