180 Recruiter (Fully Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and driven 180 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus solely on the delivery reputed company of the recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and managing candidates – while a 360 recruiter or reputed company team handles the client acquisition reputed company.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about building strong candidate relationships and making impactful placements without the pressure of sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

reputed company and attract candidates using a variety of platforms (reputed company, job boards, referrals, database, etc.)

• Conduct CV screening and candidate interviews (phone/video/in-person)
• Match candidates to job specifications and present suitable profiles to consultants or clients
• Manage candidate pipeline and update CRM/ATS systems regularly
• Coordinate interview scheduling and gather feedback
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process – from application to offer and reputed company
• Maintain regular contact with active candidates and build talent pools for future opportunities
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience at reputed company times
• Collaborate closely with 360 consultants to understand role requirements and delivery timelines
• Contribute to team targets and support wider recruitment campaigns

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or a similar administrative/people-focused role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• reputed company to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy – reputed company with CRM/ATS systems, job boards, and reputed company Recruiter
• Resilient, proactive, and driven by targets
