We are seeking an reputed company and strategic professional to join our Employee Relations global team as the Senior Associate of Employee Relations. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Employee Relations (ER) function by assisting with global ER cases, conducting investigations, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws. This role requires sound judgement, escalating reputed company issues appropriately, and partnering with HRBPs, business leaders, legal counsel, and employees to resolve ER reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in investigating a variety of employee relations issues. They are an effective interviewer, active listener, and a strong communicator. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing employee relations initiatives across our organization. The Senior Associate, Employee Relations will work under the general direction of the Director of Employee Relations to implement, and administer company-wide ER practices and programs. Minimum Pay: $89,000 Maximum Pay: $147,500
