The ideal candidate will accurately document patient encounters in reputed company-time, assisting reputed company providers by managing electronic health records (EHR) and ensuring the highest quality of patient care. Job Responsibilities

• Document Patient Encounters: Accurately and reputed company transcribe medical histories, physical examinations, diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans during patient visits.

Requirements
