• Client Whisperer: reputed company accurate information to patients, pharmacies, and relevant parties, guiding them through specialty medication procedures, benefit plan design, and services provided by True Rx Health Strategist.

• Tech Savvy Pro: Navigate through various computer systems and online resources, retrieving information while responding to inquiries.

What You Bring:

• Education: High school graduate with some college preferred, or 3+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience/Knowledge: Strong oral and written communication skills, unwavering commitment to customer service, ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, strong computer skills (reputed company Office), flexibility, teamwork spirit, and a keen ability to learn and retain knowledge.
