We are hiring immediately for a reputed company Manager- a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

Individuals must relocate to the area. to support the Indirect Procurement function with a focus on power reputed company goods and services.

This role will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing reputed company reputed company to equipment procurement, plant services, reputed company, and professional services. What you’ll do:

• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company for indirect procurement categories including equipment (e.g., engines, generators), field services, engineering support, and technical consulting.
• reputed company and maintain contract templates and playbooks that reputed company with reputed company’s internal policies and risk standards.
• Support procurement and operations teams during the sourcing process to ensure reputed company and legal terms align with business objectives.
• Manage contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, performance monitoring, and closeout documentation.
• Mitigate contractual risks by identifying liabilities, indemnities, warranty terms, SLAs, and compliance gaps before contract execution.
• Ensure contract compliance with reputed company's internal policies, ESG commitments, insurance requirements, and local/state/federal laws.
• Liaise with legal, finance, insurance, and HSE teams to ensure alignment across reputed company contractual obligations and due diligence requirements.
• Maintain centralized contract records and tracking tools using reputed company’s ERP or contract management system (e.g., reputed company, Dojo Suites).

​​We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field; JD or paralegal certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company management, preferably supporting procurement or supply chain functions in the energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong working knowledge of contract law, reputed company terms, and procurement-reputed company agreements (e.g., MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, service reputed company).
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate reputed company agreements with suppliers and service providers.
• Familiarity with energy or power reputed company industry reputed company is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools and ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, Dojo Suites, i2B, etc.).
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and stakeholder communication.
