Project Controls Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to support our project finance team. This person will be reputed company to work a hybrid/remote schedule from one of our RS&H offices.

As the Project Controls Manager, you will reputed company reputed company aspects of project controls including planning, cost management, scheduling, risk assessment, and performance measurement. In this role, you will reputed company a team of project controllers and collaborate closely with project managers, finance, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and in alignment with company standards. Essential Functions:

• Participate in client management and business operations meetings; review and recommend updates to project and opportunity records in the ERP system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, construction management, or reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the AEC industry.

• Licenses/Certifications: PMP, CPCP, or CAPM preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office with strong knowledge of project controls practices and financial reputed company.

• Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to manage a team and drive performance through effective feedback and mentoring.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with reputed company stakeholders.

• Experience using ERP systems such as reputed company, and tools such as Power BI and SharePoint is a plus.

• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hiring Salary reputed company: ($106,960.00.- $171,181.00) — for this location. The final agreed upon compensation is commensurate with experience relative to the position and/or primary work location.
