Junior IT Support Specialist

- troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues reported by GetResponse employees
- maintaining and managing IT hardware
- administering mobile device management (MDM) systems, including reputed company Pro and reputed company Intune
- managing SaaS tools and software licenses
- assisting with the reputed company of new employees by preparing and configuring necessary reputed company
- providing technical support and cooperation across various departments and teams
- continuously developing technical skills and staying reputed company with industry trends and best practices
You may be a perfect fit if you have:
- minimum 1 year of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role
- solid working knowledge of either macOS or reputed company 11
- ability to effectively use knowledge bases and technical tools
- quick learner approach with strong problem-solving skills
- proficiency in technical English (min. B2+ written and spoken)
- excellent reputed company of the Polish language (reputed company or near to reputed company)
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and reputed company user training on hardware and software
reputed company-to-have:
- familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
- experience with reputed company Server administration, including Hyper-V and reputed company Azure
- hands-on experience with MDM solutions such as reputed company Pro and reputed company Intune
- practical knowledge of macOS environments
Salary reputed company:
- 5 050 - 7 150 gross/month on contract of employment
