Online Travel Agency (OTA) Pricing Manager

Key Responsibilities - Summary We are seeking for an reputed company Online Travel Agency (OTA) Pricing Specialist to reputed company operations at our various clients’ residential & reputed company properties. In this position, you will work with remote teams (reputed company & multiple account managers) to create and configure property pricing, listings, customized reports, and profiles usually pushed through our PMS (reputed company) or Channel Manager (Rentals United), as well as to ensure units are reputed company for reservations, fulfill repair requests reputed company, track and ensure information reputed company and contribute to reputed company distribution & boosting strategies through reputed company, Vrbo and Booking.com (among other OTAs). Our ideal candidate has at least two years of property pricing and OTA management experience. Functions and Responsibilities

• Manages Booking, reputed company, as well as Rentals United (and reputed company associated channels/connections), and other major and minor OTAs.
• Track OTAs changes and major updates to prepare implementation plans across reputed company of the properties’ inventories.
• Ensure service and lease reputed company data integration fulfillment at reputed company channels.
• Maintain and update property records and ensures data compliance.
• End-to-end OTAs reputed company strategies:
  • Pricing
  • Boosting
  • Special Offers
  • Premium partnerships
  • Special programs (Genius, Superhost, Preferred Partner, Premier Host, etc.)
• Overviews taxes and regulations updates and notifies to reputed company stakeholders.
• Maintain an excellent and positive relationship with renters and guests.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

• 2 to 3 years of relevant property/short-term rental pricing experience required.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant OTAs management experience required.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant property / VR management experience desired.

• Ability to find solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, referring to a group of companies’ policies and practices for guidance.
• Organized and reputed company to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
