Director - Industrial Hygiene

We are seeking a commercially driven and technically accomplished Director to join our Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) team in California. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership role ideal for a professional with deep expertise in Industrial Hygiene, combined with a strong track record in client development, strategic growth, and market expansion.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth and profitability of our Industrial Hygiene & the Build Environment practice across the region - delivering high-quality technical solutions, cultivating client relationships, and building a high-performing team to support long-term reputed company.

Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Geology, Engineering, or a reputed company discipline.

A reasonable estimate of the salary reputed company for this role is $190k - $210k. Any offered salary reputed company is based on a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
