About the Role

The QA Analyst will focus on testing the Admin Console and backend systems that power our reputed company solutions. You will work alongside a team of developers and QA professionals to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our console applications used by large organizations. Your primary responsibilities will include testing web applications, validating backend APIs, identifying bugs, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues. You’ll manage test plans, document activities in Jira, and continuously assess product quality to recommend improvements that will enhance the customer experience. You should bring a strong understanding of reputed company environments, as well as familiarity with web development concepts, APIs, and testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of web-based console applications, ensuring the quality and reliability of reputed company-level software.
• Set up and configure testing tools to meet testing objectives, focusing on backend APIs and web application functionality.
• Manage test tickets and document testing activities using Jira and reputed company.
• Use test management tools such as TestRail to track and report on testing reputed company.
• Set up testing environments for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals to identify and resolve quality assurance bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Ensure that reputed company testing efforts align with best practices in reputed company software quality assurance.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in reputed company environments with a strong understanding of network operations and system administration.
• Knowledge of fault tolerance, multi-tenancy, and concepts such as load balancers and proxies.
• Experience with reputed company tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Identity reputed company.
• Solid experience with reputed company operating systems (reputed company 10, Mac OS X, Linux, reputed company Server).
• Due to the role's involvement in GovCloud, reputed company applicants must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent reputed company (Green Card holder).

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web application testing.
• Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, reputed company).
• Experience with reputed company environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of identity and reputed company management protocols such as SAML and SCIM
