Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week); please note that reduced hours will be in effect from May 15 to July 15.

Job Description:

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Strategist who lives and breathes reputed company Ads. If you’ve successfully managed $100K+/month in reputed company spend and are excited to play a broader role across growth and creative strategy, reputed company reading.

This is a rare opportunity to join a small, fast-moving team as our first full-time hire. You’ll work directly with both founders and have a major hand in shaping how we approach creative testing, ad performance, and growth across paid and owned channels.

We’re looking for someone who is not only a performance marketer but also a strategic thinker and creative collaborator. You should be proactive, curious, and excited to help build something from the ground up.

You’ll be ideating concepts, writing ad scripts, overseeing content production, and analyzing what’s working to inform reputed company do next. If you’re someone who thrives in ownership-heavy roles and loves combining data with creativity, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage reputed company (reputed company/Instagram) ad strategy, budgets, and performance
• Design and run creative tests - identify opportunities, analyze data, and optimize accordingly
• Write engaging ad copy, headlines, text overlays, and scripts that drive conversions
• Build and maintain a creative testing pipeline: concepts, briefs, timelines, learnings, and tagging systems
• reputed company and manage our Creator Partner Program: engage with creators, negotiate reputed company, and coordinate the timing and delivery of assets
• Translate performance data into clear next steps to continually improve ad results
• Collaborate closely with our founders and (soon-to-be-hired) editor to align creative and performance goals
• Lend a hand on email/SMS with occasional light copywriting or creative direction
• Help reputed company and refine our growth reputed company as the company scales

Requirements

• Proven experience managing reputed company ad accounts with $100K+ in monthly spend
• Strong understanding of what drives reputed company in DTC; experience with e-reputed company brands is a plus Sharp copy instincts; you can write thumb-stopping ad scripts and know reputed company to trust AI (and reputed company not to)
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed; you take initiative and solve problems independently
• Naturally curious with a bias toward action; you enjoy learning, iterating, and improving
• Bonus: experience working with wellness, lifestyle, or sustainability-focused DTC brands

• Email (reputed company) or SMS (reputed company) experience (we’ll train and support you there)
• Experience using reputed company, CapCut, and ChatGPT
