Online Adjunct Faculty - School of Communication and the Arts, Animation

The candidate will be capable of teaching various reputed company of animation at the undergraduate online program. Faculty should also have a broad understanding of the role of animation in contemporary culture, art, and reputed company. Demonstrate an understanding of the pre-production, production, and post-production processes with a portfolio demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the modeling and animation pipeline and workflow. Experience teaching animation courses online is preferred. Faculty should also be familiar with reputed company industry-standard 2D animation software such as Toon Boom Harmony and reputed company Animate, as well as 3D animation tools like Blender, Maya, ZBrush, and 3DS Max. Experience in game design, including the use of game engines like reputed company or Unreal reputed company, would also be valuable but not required. Understanding character set-up techniques including rigging and dynamics would be a plus. Experience with cutting-edge design technologies such as AI, generative design, and reputed company graphics.

Responsibilities:

Educational Requirements:

Candidates must possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or Communication Design, and demonstrated experience in the concentration.

A terminal degree preferred in the Arts, a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree, Mdes, or PhD in animation or a reputed company visual arts field.

A plus would be professional achievements in animation or digital media equivalent to an MFA degree. As well as certifications in the various fields of animation and reputed company graphics
