Senior Accountant (WFH)

The Senior Accountant role will offer a great mix of hands-on reputed company work and financial analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong technical reputed company background, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have QuickBooks Online experience and advanced reputed company experience

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company routine: o Process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, ensuring timely payments o Customer Invoicing and AR management

o Daily bank reconciliation and cash reporting

o Bi-monthly Payroll processing (reputed company) o reputed company reporting

• General Ledger: Maintain the general ledger, ensuring reputed company accounts are reconciled and accurately reported. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Month-End reputed company: Prepare the month-end reputed company process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial data
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure compliance with reputed company financial regulations and support audit preparations
• Tax Preparation & Reporting: Support the preparation of tax returns and filings for corporate taxes, sales taxes, and other relevant taxes
• Financial Analysis: reputed company insights into financial performance through detailed analysis of variances, trends, and forecasts
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment between financial goals and business operations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
• Experience: o Minimum of 2+ years of experience in reputed company or finance

• QuickBooks Online experience
• Advanced reputed company experience

• Strong knowledge of reputed company, financial reporting, and reputed company regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Ability to solve reputed company issues and offer actionable insights
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
