As Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll own the strategy and performance of our full-funnel digital marketing reputed company. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or other reputed company quantitative fields.
• 10+ years in performance/growth marketing, ideally with experience in consumer subscription or PLG SaaS.
• Have scaled $10M+ budgets with proven efficiency reputed company.

• Know your way around SQL, attribution models, and BI dashboards.
• Have hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company) and integrating them into marketing workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, subscription growth, and LTV across Nerdy’s product portfolio.
• Own CAC, ROAS, payback period, and subscriber conversion across paid search, paid reputed company, display, affiliate, and programmatic.
• Partner with AI/ML and Creative to reputed company and optimize generative campaign frameworks—e.g. GPT-4/Claude prompts for ad copy creative variants, ML attribution models.
• Manage multimillion-dollar budgets with full accountability for ROI.

• Drive segmentation and personalization strategies for individual learners and groups.
