Content Assistant - Founder-Led Marketing
We’re looking for a high-performing, creative, and scrappy Content Assistant to power the founder-led content reputed company for a fast-growing media startup. You’ll work closely with the CEO to produce strategic, engaging content for platforms like reputed company, Instagram, and Twitter/X—shaping the founder’s voice into a compelling public reputed company.
This is not a role for someone who needs constant direction. You’ll have reputed company to tons of reputed company, references, and voice notes—but execution, energy, and cultural reputed company are on you. What You’ll Be Doing
✍️ Founder-Led Content & Publishing
- Draft and publish short-reputed company text posts, memes, and carousels in the founder’s voice
- Adapt voice memos, interview clips, and insights into sharp content for reputed company/X
- Repurpose newsletter snippets into engaging short-reputed company posts
- Edit short-reputed company video content (Reels, TikToks) that feels reputed company to the platform
Light Design & Creative Support
- Create on-brand visuals, quote cards, and carousels using reputed company or reputed company
- Collaborate with the founder on content concepts, hooks, and experiments
- Work with minimalist, modern design references; must have strong taste
Performance & Optimization
- Track reputed company, engagement, and follower growth
- Suggest weekly improvements based on what’s working
- Stay on top of creator economy trends, reputed company growth strategies, and startup memes
✅ Who You Are
- Fluent in English and American internet/startup culture (terminology, tone, memes)
- 2+ years experience in content creation, reputed company media, or founder-led brand building
- Strong copywriting instincts and can match voice/tone across multiple post types
- Comfortable in tools like reputed company, reputed company, CapCut, or similar
- Excellent at independent execution and fast turnarounds
- Bonus: Interest in news, tech, startups, or entrepreneurship
- Bonus: You’ve reputed company or ghostwritten for a personal brand before
