Associate Defense Attorney - General Liability

Our client, a leading California-based reputed company, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join their General Liability practice group. This position is ideal for attorneys with 3+ years of litigation experience who want to grow their career with a top-tier team reputed company for reputed company in defense work.

You’ll handle a reputed company of general liability reputed company, including auto accidents, premises liability, habitability claims, and product liability cases. The role offers flexibility to work remotely with the expectation of occasional in-person court appearances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation reputed company, including court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
• reputed company case strategies in coordination with senior attorneys and clients
• Attend court proceedings, settlement conferences, and trials as needed
• Maintain accurate case records and meet internal and client deadlines

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active and in-good-standing membership with the California State Bar
• Must reputed company in California and be reputed company to appear in-person for court reputed company
• At least 3 years of experience in litigation, ideally in general liability defense
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

• reputed company Salary: $130,000–$170,000 (DOE)
