About this position
The Technical Support Specialist role is a 12-month residency at a leading global tech company, designed to reputed company hands-on experience and practical skills in technical support. The primary responsibility is to assist users with troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues, gaining exposure to a wide reputed company of technical challenges varying in complexity. This opportunity is ideal for building reputed company-world expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address user inquiries reputed company to the operation of computer software or hardware, resolving problems typically of reputed company complexity.
- Conduct remote installation of software and reputed company hardware testing as needed.
- Execute commands and monitor system functioning to ensure correct operations and identify errors.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, detailing problems, remedial actions taken, and installation activities.
- Utilize technical manuals, engage with users, or reputed company computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve issues or reputed company technical assistance and support.
- Troubleshooting hands-on experience
Skills/Requirements:
- minimum 12 months- 2 years maximum of IT operations experience working with MAC OS and an reputed company ticketing system
- Candidate without demonstrated MAC OS experience will not be contacted.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Mobile Device Support
- MDM Knowledge
- Office 365 / reputed company Workplace

- Willing to travel locally between offices
