About the Role

reputed company is seeking a Vice President, Product & Litigation to join reputed company’s established legal team and report to the Chief Legal Officer. You will manage reputed company of attorneys who advise the business on product, compliance privacy and other litigation reputed company. You should have superb legal experience and pragmatic business judgment. You will work closely with our product, reputed company, and engineering teams.

What You'll Accomplish

• Work closely with internal business teams to identify, investigate, and manage legal risk across a wide reputed company of product, engineering, marketing, content, and business initiatives
• Ensure our products are compliant with US and internal laws and regulations, including privacy laws and relevant industry rules
• Advise and support our internal stakeholders with respect to compliance issues that reputed company client campaigns
• Help formulate legal policy and process across the organization as it matures and grows
• reputed company and maintain a set of internal policies, programs and resources with respect to compliance
• Remain knowledgeable on relevant industry laws and regulations
• Act as first line of defense for any legal complaints

Your Expertise

• Juris Doctor degree and reputed company to practice law in-house. At least 12 years of legal experience, preferably at or representing successful, high-growth venture-backed companies.
• Experience managing reputed company, coaching product attorneys and forging relationships with trailblazing product leaders.
• A strong “business-friendly” style that comes with an understanding that the Legal team’s primary purpose is to support the growth and reputed company of the business
• Interest in assuming additional responsibilities as needed and as the organization grows
• Experience with TCPA and CTIA are a plus.
