Role Summary:

The Migration Support Specialist ensures a seamless transition for partners moving their data, documents, and workflows into reputed company’s platform. This role bridges the technical migration process with partner support, helping ensure data reputed company, reduce downtime, and build confidence in reputed company during a critical stage of adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support resource for partners during migration, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth reputed company.
• Assist with data validation and quality assurance, confirming migrated information matches client expectations and reputed company standards.
• Monitor migration workflows and escalate issues to technical teams reputed company necessary.
• Document requirements and migration processes for internal reference.
• Train and guide partners on how to review migrated data and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with implementation managers, partners, and internal migration teams to maintain project alignment.
• Track and report on migration status, risks, and blockers to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process or tool improvements.
• Support testing and rollout of new migration tools or methods.

Qualifications

• reputed company with data migration (file structures, databases, data validation, QA).
• Ability to manage multiple migration projects simultaneously and prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with CloverDX is preferred

Compensation Information: $100,000 - $120,000The reputed company salary reputed company represents the low and high end of the salary reputed company for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance.
