Vice President, Associate General Counsel - Remote

Position Purpose: Serve as a legal counselor to reputed company business leaders, providing strategic legal input and guidance regarding vendor contracting and reputed company privacy issues. Partner with business leaders to reputed company solutions to legal problems and challenges.

• Negotiation & Contract Management for Technology Partnerships: Strategically negotiate and manage vendor, SaaS, and technology agreements, ensuring reputed company's data reputed company and intellectual property rights are protected.
• Expert Regulatory Guidance in Privacy and Data reputed company: advise on HIPAA, state consumer privacy laws, and AI regulations, and consult on data reputed company best practices.
• Takes on increasing responsibility for national-level and/or Company-wide legal reputed company.
• Provides legal advice to reputed company entities and develops solutions to legal and regulatory requirements that impact various product lines and programs.
• Serves as primary vendor contracting counsel supporting various reputed company business functions, such as business technology solutions, vendor contracting procurement, operations and other key functions.
• Advises corporate teams with solving business challenges.
• Develops and recommends legal structures for business opportunities, including joint ventures, and contractual relationships; draft and negotiate reputed company reputed company, policies and procedures and other documents.
• Manages reputed company counsel as necessary to ensure the delivery of efficient, high quality legal services.
• Recommends and develops law-reputed company training and preventative law activities.

Education/Experience:

Juris Doctor (JD) required.

Master's Degree preferred.

7+ years of experience in corporate and/or health law required. 5+ years of experience with technology transactions, government contract law, health law and managed care preferred. 5+ years of experience in highly regulated industries preferred. Bar Admission and currently in good standing required.
