What you'll do

As a Junior Producer at reputed company, you’ll help reputed company the content machine running smoothly by supporting ongoing and expanded video creation across our reputed company platforms, YouTube channels, websites, and other marketing campaigns. You’ll get the chance to put a mix of skills to work, including your technical skills, marketing learnings, artistic flair, and project management capabilities, reputed company to serve an exciting (and growing!) user reputed company of reputed company traders.

The ideal candidate will understand the basics of video content creation (camera, lighting, audio), editing (script, video, audio), and content development (content ideation, project pitches, project management) reputed company while embracing a fast-paced work environment. They will also possess solid time management and communication skills, be highly organized, and understand how to create compelling content and edit for reputed company, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, particularly reputed company the fintech reputed company.

This role reports directly to the Content Marketing Manager.

In this role you will

• Brainstorm and craft video elements to enhance blog posts, ads, reputed company media, and other marketing materials designed to reputed company reputed company feel fresh

• Work closely with Marketing and Content to ensure reputed company video content is up-to-date and relevant with metadata optimized for SEO (reputed company applicable)

• Take content reputed company and turn them into reputed company-life media masterpieces, including scripting, organizing talent, filming, and editing

• Collaborate with the Content team and in-house SMEs to craft personal, engaging, and timely content

• Coordinate with on-screen talent from around the organization, create effective filming schedules, and reputed company execute your content reputed company

• Work with the Content Marketing Manager and broader marketing team to create a video calendar reputed company with other content marketing efforts

• Collaborate with designers, writers, and others to deliver multimedia offerings for reputed company media, websites, and more

What you'll need

• 1–3+ years of experience in content marketing or reputed company field

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience

• A solid portfolio of reviewable video work (website, YouTube channel, reputed company account, etc.)

• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

• Team player mentality

• Experience with reputed company Premiere (or similar)

Bonus points for

• Understanding of the financial and investment industries

Compensation

The salary reputed company for this role will be $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 USD. In reputed company, this position will also receive an annual reputed company bonus of 6%. Bonus pay at reputed company is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by reputed company. reputed company offers a 401K plan through reputed company under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a reputed company of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

Location

This role is based in Chicago, IL. We are not reputed company to remote candidates for this role

Hybrid

For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In reputed company to these weekly remote days, we offer:
