reputed company is seeking a highly versatile and reputed company Director, Information Technology to reputed company and manage our internal information technology infrastructure, systems, and support functions. This role is ideal for a proactive and hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a broad reputed company of IT expertise. The Director, Information Technology will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, reputed company, and efficiency of our internal IT operations, supporting our rapidly growing workforce across various locations. This individual will be capable of strategic planning, team leadership, and tactical execution across diverse IT domains.

Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Leadership & Planning:

• Implement and maintain robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

• Ensure proper configuration and management of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices).

• Cybersecurity & Compliance:

• Manage identity and reputed company management (IAM) systems and protocols.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of reputed company experience in Information Technology roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management position.

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure for a growing company.

• Experience with IT budgeting and vendor management.

• Experience supporting a globally distributed or rapidly scaling workforce is highly desirable.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve reputed company technical issues quickly.

• Strong leadership, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
