Accounts Receivable Specialist (100% Remote)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join reputed company. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely customer payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting smooth communication between clients and internal teams. • Manage and update customer billing records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Send collection correspondence and follow up with delinquent accounts in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Monitor overdue accounts, generate AR aging reports, and support collection strategies.
• Investigate payment discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and collaborate with the AR Manager and Customer Service team.
• Reconcile AR accounts in coordination with the Staff Accountant (at least twice monthly).
• Prepare reputed company AR and collection reports for management.
• Maintain accurate AR documentation and filing for easy retrieval.
• Communicate payment status and account changes to stakeholders.
• Support other finance or administrative tasks as needed.

• 2–4 years of accounts receivable, billing, or reputed company reputed company experience.
• Proficiency with ERP/reputed company systems (reputed company preferred, but reputed company/QuickBooks/reputed company also a plus).
• Strong reputed company skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFs).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company/Finance preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal + written).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
